It is necessary to draw up a process chart of overcoming the aftermath of environmental disaster.
Arseniy Yatseniuk, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, made the above-mentioned statement on Tuesday, in the course of his visit to the flood-stricken areas of the western regions of Ukraine.
He deems necessary "to draw a number of conclusions after the disaster. The most important point is that Ukraine lacks a process chart of overcoming the aftermath of environmental disaster".
Therefore, he deems necessary to draw up a precise process chart "so that any official, any employee of the Ministry in charge of Emergency Situations will not ponder, but fulfill the instructions of such a process chart and know the places to call, to send a car, to transport food in order to settle the issues of the local residents".
"It is also necessary to have a register which should serve as a "red card" for the Ministry in charge of Emergency Situations", - stated A.Yatseniuk.
